Beyond the salary, FERCAM offers a meaningful benefits package:
- Access to Sanilog — a free supplementary health fund covering employees in logistics, freight, and shipping
- Exclusive discounts on products, services, and travel at very competitive prices
- Real opportunities for career progression as a professional driver

Why Italy? Why Now?
Italy plays a strategic role in European freight, sitting at the crossroads of routes connecting Western Europe, the Mediterranean, the Balkans, and beyond. Daily freight traffic moves between Italy, Germany, France, Austria, and Switzerland — meaning demand for qualified truck drivers remains high throughout the year. For experienced drivers, Italy means predictable routes, modern fleets, regulated rest-hour compliance, and income stability that many other countries struggle to match.
