What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to maximise utilisation of equipment, facilities, space and people
- Drive profitability — create and implement business strategies that push growth and operational efficiency
- Handle crisis management and deploy tactical plans when things get tough
- Optimise production capacity and maintain smart inventory management
- Align with senior leadership on company-wide strategy development
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with national laws, regulations and group policies
- Be on the ground — this role requires full-time stationing in the SEA region
What LAWSGROUP Is Looking For
- 🎓 Degree in Textile Technology, Clothing, or equivalent field
- 🏭 Deep garment manufacturing experience — all-round factory knowledge is non-negotiable
- 📅 8+ years in the garment manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years at managerial level
- 💪 Self-motivated and results-driven — you perform under pressure without losing your edge
- 🗣️ Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written, including Mandarin)
- 🤝 Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills — you lead people, not just processes
⭐ Candidates with slightly less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant General Manager.
